전국을 재패한 김배구의 인생
70∼80년대 전국을 재패하면서 영광을 얻었던 00시의 어느 여자 중⋅고등 학교 배구부는 역사속으로 사라져 가면서 현재는 배구 침체기가 오랫동안 이어 지고 있다. 이 연구는 그 당시 Y여중 배구 지도자의 삶을 재조명 해보 았다. 연구 참여자는 Y여중에서 6년간 수차례 전국대회에서 우승하며 지도 력을 인정받게 되면서 K여중으로 스카웃되었다. 그러면서 00도 대표팀을 Y 여중에서 K여중으로 바꾸게 하는 중요한 역할을 했다. 이후 00시 I여중과, G 및 S여상에서 생활한 탁월한 지도자의 모습을 인정받아 실업팀 감독을 제안 받았으나 지도자와 사업의 기로에서 지도자 은퇴를 결심하였고 사업으로 나 섰던 참여자는 이제는 국민생활체육 00도배구연합회장 직을 수행하면서 배 구의 저변확대를 꿈꾸고 있다.
The Life of Kim Baegu who Conquered the Nation
The rescession of volleyball is continues as the middle schools and high schools of the OO city that has gained glory from the national supremacy in the 1970s-80s have been lost into history. This study shows light upon the life of a volleyball instructor of the Y female middle school during those times. The participant of this study has won several national championships during his 6 years in Y middle school to gain the respect for his leadership and was scouted to K female middle school. Then there he played an important role of shifting the members of the OO provonice representative team from the Y female middle school to the K female middle school. He continued to to show his excellence in OO city’s I female middle school, U and S female middle school, therefore being offered to be a coach of a buisness team. But he decided his path was in pursuing a life in buisness and entrepreneur,therefore decided to retire his coaching career. The man who decided to focus on his buisness now is the is the president of the OO province volleyball association for national recreational sports and aims to make the sport of volleyball prosper once again.
